John Cole Scott is the President and Chief Investment Officer of CEF Advisors and leads the firm’s quarterly research webinars. A William & Mary graduate, John Cole joined the firm in 2001, continuing the legacy started by his father. He is widely recognized as a leading expert on closed-end funds (CEFs), BDCs, and interval funds. John Cole is also the founder of CEFData and the Active Investment Company Alliance (AICA), where he serves as executive chairman. He brings over two decades of experience and a passion for helping investors and advisors navigate the ever-evolving investment landscape of our universe of funds.
